Johanne Heraty
Johanne Heraty is a composer and musicology student currently living and working in Dublin. Her Phd is on the microtonal music of Ezra Sims. Johanne has had performances at the National Concert Hall, Goethe Institute and The New Theatre in Dublin and also the Sonic Arts Research Centre in Belfast. Her music has also been performed as part of The Spring Festival of New Music in York, The Northside Music Festival at the Red Stables and the Creating New Music Communities in York. She is also studying Irish and American Sign language and is particularly interested in making music accessible for the deaf community.
